Job Responsibilities:-

  • Empanel New / Interested Client Prospects.
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints.
  • Generate new business leads and opportunities Working on Professional Networking sites like Linkedin.
  • Research over the internet about the potential clients company and its key decision makers.
  • Get contact information and interact with HR over the phone, emails and personal visits.
  • Negotiating with the clients on the Service charge and reaching to a mutually accepted figure.
  • Develop and maintain the professional relationship with clients and get business in the form of recruitment contracts.
  • Identifying new sectors/sub-sectors that can be explored.
  • Preparing Sales pitch/ Proposals.
  • Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates at mid-senior level mandates.
  • To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
  • Tracking new companies in various industry verticals, placing proposals & getting the MOUs signed.
  • Enhance service relationships with existing clients.
  • Effectively represent company at various professional forums / Levels.
  • Keep track of weekly calls and appointments.

Skills Required:-

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Should have handled recruitment in any sector from mid to senior level.
  • Good at head-hunting and mapping and client management.
